Makes 10 lunch wraps
375g pack Latina™ Fresh Beef Ravioli
10 pack Old El Paso™ Tortillas
425g tub Latina™ Fresh Spicy Tomato & Bacon Sauce
100g baby spinach
2 cups grated tasty cheese
1. Add Latina ravioli to large saucepan of boiling water. Return to the boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until al dente. Drain well.
2. Separate tortillas, lay tortillas flat on a clean bench. Spread each with about 2 tablespoons Latina sauce. Top with spinach, ravioli and cheese. Fold in base and sides of tortillas to form burrito shapes.
3. Toast wraps in a heated sandwich press until golden and heated through. Serve immediately.
These wraps are delicious topped with sour cream and jalapeno peppers for extra zing.
