Creamy Carbonara Sauce 425g
A great carbonara sauce begins with the ingredients. Latina™ Fresh Creamy Carbonara Sauce combines fresh cream, bacon, parmesan and an hint of parsley to make this family favourite come to life. There’s no need to add anything extra, simply heat and stir through your pasta for the perfect meal.
Ingredients
Water, cream(19%) (milk), bacon (10%) (pork,water, cure (salt, sugar, mineral salts (451, 450) antioxidant (316) preservative (250)), wood smoke), milk powder, parmesan cheese (2.5%) (milk), onion, modified cornstarch (1422), corn starch, flavour (wheat, barley, spelt, rye, milk), salt, preservative (contains acidity regulator (sodium diacetate, egg lysozyme, nisin)), garlic, parsley (0.4%), food acid (glucono delta-lactone), blackpepper.
Cooking Instructions
Heat sauce in a small pan until simmering, toss with Latina™ Fresh pasta.
Microwave instructions: Remove lid and inner seal. Replace lid loosely & microwave (1100 watt*) for 4 mins.
Allow to stand for 2 mins before removing from microwave. Toss with Latina™ Fresh pasta.
Ta-da – dinners done! *cook time may vary depending on microwave wattage
